FAQ
Frequently asked questions for the 2026-27 season.
How do I register my daughter?
Registration for the 2026-27 season is handled through Hamilton United, not through the league (CPYBL). If you land on a CPYBL "Sign In" or "Register" page, that one is for coaches and coordinators, not families.
Go to registration →What grades can play?
Kindergarten through 8th grade, with a team at every grade. Kindergarten through 2nd grade play in our Little Dribblers program. League play starts at 3rd grade.
View programs →Where are practices and games?
Every practice and home game is at Wilson Middle School in Hamilton. Away games are at gyms around the league. Check the schedule for locations.
View locations →When are games played?
Most games are Saturday between 9am and 7pm, or Sunday between 12pm and 7pm, with the occasional Friday evening.
View schedules →What is the liability waiver?
Every player needs a signed liability waiver to take the floor. The deadline is Wednesday, December 3, 2026 at 5:00pm. A player without a waiver is ineligible and the team's games may be forfeited.
Waiver details →Is there a gate fee?
Up to $5 per person. Up to $7 per person at facilities with an off-duty police officer.
What documents do I need?
A signed liability waiver and the parent and player codes of conduct. All documents are on the league's site, so you always get the current version.
Forms & documents →What about kindergarten and 1st grade?
The youngest players play in our Little Dribblers program rather than the league. No schedule, no standings, and none of the league deadlines apply.
